Position Onsite EAP Clinician (Licensed Counselor / Social Worker) Location Prince George, VA Job ID 301-EG Openings 1 Primary Responsibilities Provide short‑term, solution‑focused coaching and consultation to employees (in person and via video/telephone) Lead topical and support groups for employees Conduct employee and supervisor EAP training and orientation sessions Provide management consultations Provide on‑site critical incident response Participate in health fairs, open enrollment and health promotion activities Promote the program and ensure program satisfaction Required/Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in a mental health discipline (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) Post‑graduate clinical experience Current independent state license to practice Current malpractice insurance Fundamental understanding of MS Office Experience with work‑related issues Preferred experience in Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Experience in trauma care CEAP certification is a plus CuraLinc is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin or disability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
