About the Role

This is the founding enablement role on the Delivery team, the commercial engine of a fast-scaling agentic hiring platform in the HR tech and recruiting marketplace space. You will own how a rapidly growing team of Specialist Placement Leads (SPLs) are onboarded, ramped, and continuously developed, turning the habits of top performers into repeatable, measurable programs that drive fill rate and revenue.

What You'll Do

• Design and run the end-to-end onboarding program for new SPLs, building a clear path from day one to first hire and on to a full book of business.
• Build continuous development programs for tenured SPLs, including live sessions, coaching, playbooks, certifications, and refreshers on core motions.
• Partner with Vertical Leads to create vertical-specific training so SPLs develop domain fluency across markets such as AI/ML engineering and go-to-market roles.
• Define what great looks like for each core motion, including intake calls, requirements, submissions, and hiring manager management, and drive consistency across the team.
• Convert tribal knowledge into structured, reusable content and maintain an accessible curriculum library.
• Raise the team's ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively with hiring managers.
• Instrument ramp and training programs to measure impact on ramp time, quality, and fill rate, and iterate based on data.

What We're Looking For

• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years building and delivering enablement or L&D programs end-to-end.
• Proven ownership of at least one complete enablement or L&D program from conception through execution.
• Background in recruiting, hiring, or HR tech, or a demonstrable ability to get fluent in recruiting craft quickly.
• Experience enabling teams of 15 or more individual contributors in a marketplace, sales, or recruiting delivery organization.
• Ability to design and deliver onboarding and ongoing development programs for sales, delivery, or similar roles.
• Experience developing and tracking enablement metrics such as ramp time, quality metrics, and adoption rates.
• Proficiency with LMS and content platforms, call review tools, analytics tools, and AI-powered learning systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience at a Series A to C stage startup is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $130,000 to $180,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Location

On-site, five days per week in San Francisco, California.
