Team Manager - NY Saks Concession

Summary The Team Manager will lead the sales team at the NY Saks concession, driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional Valentino client experience through coaching, KPI management, and strong floor leadership. This role oversees clienteling, product storytelling, store operations, and team development to meet business objectives. Responsibilities Set and monitor individual sales and clienteling KPIs and drive accountability across the team. Ensure execution of clienteling strategies and effective use of digital tools such as Smart XP and MY-V XP. Provide expert product knowledge and storytelling; enforce product care and stock organization standards. Oversee operational compliance using systems like PRISM and SAP and support stock count and inbound/outbound planning. Coordinate team schedules, zoning, onboarding, ongoing training, and deliver regular coaching and performance feedback. Collaborate with Store Manager and VM team on action plans, visual standards, morning briefs, and VIP client handling. Requirements Minimum 5 years of luxury retail experience with strong performance leadership. Proven operational floor leadership and ability to manage daily store operations. Demonstrated client relationship mastery and clienteling skills. Experience developing talent, delivering coaching, and driving team performance.
