HR Benefit Specialist

As a member of the overall HR Department, the Benefit and Wellness Coordinator is responsible for both the front-facing and back-end elements of the 4M Health and Welfare Insurance Benefit Programs as well as learning and using the systems required and managing all processes required to accurately and correctly administer all related programs. Benefit Coordination Team Member Enrollments/Terminations - Union and Non-Union Open Enrollment(s) - Annual and Acquisition Processes ACA Qualification Processes and Enrollments Life Event Changes and Enrollments Payroll Insurance Premium Deduction Entries COBRA Continuation Third Party Administrator Coordination Wellness Program Enrollments Receives and Provides Constant Communication Flow in all Directions Benefit Administration Assists with LOA/ADA/FMLA Benefit Procedures Assists with State/County/Court Medical Child Support Notices Performs Training and Training Classes for All Aspects of the Benefit Program and Systems Participates in Meetings with Brokers, Vendors, Carriers, Management and Customers Monitors and Backchecks all Required Benefit Processes Daily/Weekly Reports Enrollment and Documentation Approvals Enrollment Reminders Terminations and Cancellations Stop Loss and Claims Usage Reports Benefit Class and Part Time/Full Time/Salary Status Changes HR Benefit Systems Coordination Troubleshooting HRIS and Benefit System Errors and Problems Starting, Monitoring, and Managing Vendor Problem/Issue Cases/Tickets to Completion Assists with Census and Data Collection Projects Performs Other Work As Needed Participates in HR Department Meetings Uses Basic and Intermediate Microsoft Excel Tools/Processes Filtering and Sorting - Pivot Tables - VLOOKUP's - Etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr 4M Building Solutions, LLC.
