Much of the work centers around helping schools hire the people who support students with special needs, including behavioral staff, therapists, nurses, and classroom support professionals.If you enjoy staying busy and want work where you can see the impact of your efforts, this role gives you the opportunity to help schools fill critical positions that support students, classrooms, and communities.Why You Should Apply:* Up to $65K base salary plus uncapped commission* High recruiting activity with strong applicant flow* Opportunity to work across multiple role types and school districts* Blend of inbound recruiting, sourcing, and relationship management* Direct involvement from first contact through placement* Hybrid schedule with only two in-office days in Scottsdale* Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more starting the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employmentWhat You’ll Do* Recruit for school-based positions across California* Manage multiple active openings and candidate pipelines* Screen and interview candidates in a fast-moving environment* Source through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound outreach* Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and start dates* Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring processWhat You’ll Bring* 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or agency experience preferred* Comfortable working in a high-volume environment* Strong communication and follow-through* Ability to prioritize and stay organized across competing needs* Interest in a commission-driven role* Bachelor’s degree preferredIf you enjoy fast-paced recruiting, active hiring environments, and work that supports schools and students, apply today!* This pay range represents Covelo Group's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
