School Staffing Recruiter | Scottsdale, AZ Hybrid schedule | Up to $65K base + uncapped commission This Scottsdale-based recruiting team supports school districts across California with hiring needs in behavioral health, healthcare, and educational support services. The environment is high-volume and fast-paced, with recruiters managing multiple openings, interviews, and placements at once. Much of the work centers around helping schools hire the people who support students with special needs, including behavioral staff, therapists, nurses, and classroom support professionals.
