Maxim Healthcare is seeking a motivated and driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This entry‑level role is designed to provide you with the tools, training, and mentorship needed to build a successful career in recruitment and beyond. Location: Phoenix, AZ. Salary: $50,000 per year + weekly commission after training. Recruiter Trainee (first 3 months): $21.64 per hour. Recruiter I (after training): $50,000 base salary + weekly commission.
