Healthcare Recruiter

Responsibilities Conduct full-cycle recruitment for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, such as social media, job boards, and professional networks, to advertise job openings and attract candidates. Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are familiar with company policies, procedures, and benefits. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the HRIS system. Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment. Assist in succession planning efforts by identifying high-potential employees and developing career development plans. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on employee relations matters.
