Job Description
Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapy

Schedule

Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:00 - 16:30).

Assignment Details

Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week; no on-call duty required.

Requirements

• California State License required.
• 1 year of experience in Radiation Therapy.
• Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT (T) - Radiation Therapy.
• Experience with ARIA system required.
• Experience with Siemens CT technology required.
• Experience with Varian 21 EX/iX equipment required.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by the radiation oncologist.
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety during treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Document treatment plans and patient responses accurately.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
