**Required Experience:** - 2 years of CVICU or CVRU experience **Required Certifications:** - BLS/ACLS **Preferred Experience/Certifications:** - Certification in Critical Care, Cardiac Surgery, or Recovery Room care **Skills:** - Critical Care training - A love for surgical heart care - High energy, upbeat personality **Preferred Skills:** - Critical care, cardiac skills, or recovery skills **Personality Fit:** - High energy, friendly nurse who is a life learner **Floating Areas:** - All ICUs and Stepdown The job requires candidates to have critical care experience and certifications, specifically in the CVICU or CVRU, along with a proactive and enthusiastic personality suitable for a high-acuity cardiac care environment. Preferred candidates will also hold additional certifications relevant to critical, cardiac, or recovery care and possess an eagerness to continually learn.
