Job Summary

A financial services team in Columbia, SC is seeking a Member Services Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a customer-focused banking professional who enjoys helping members, resolving account questions, and supporting accurate financial transactions in a professional onsite environment.

The Member Services Representative will play an important role in creating a positive member experience while supporting account servicing, documentation, payments, issue resolution, and compliance procedures. Key Responsibilities

- Assist members with account questions, transactions, payments, and general banking service needs.
- Provide professional, courteous support by phone and in person.
- Research and resolve account issues, discrepancies, and member concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate member records, documentation, and account-related information.
- Follow established banking procedures, confidentiality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Support delinquent account and collections-related activities as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Work Location: Onsite in Columbia, SC.
