- Limpia habitaciones por estándares de marca de hotel
- Trabajos asignados turnos incluyendo días, noches, fines de semana y días festivos
- Repone habitaciones y baños con suministros y toallas
- Responde a las preguntas y peticiones de los huespedes
- Mueve muebles y otros objetos según sea necesario
- Reporta problemas de mantenimiento al supervisor o al personal de ingeniería
- Mantiene un ambiente de trabajo limpio, seguro y libre de peligros en todo momento
- Entiende los procedimientos de emergencia para todo el hotel
Otros deberes de trabajo
- Asiste en la lavandería del hotel según sea necesario
Calificaciones mínimas
- La experiencia previa de limpieza es útil, pero no es necesario.
- Debe ser limpio, profesional y bien cuidado
- Debe poseer buenas habilidades de organización / gestión del tiempo
- Debe ser confiable y confiable
- Debe ser capaz de trabajar con poca supervisión
- Debe ser capaz de trabajar en un ambiente de ritmo acelerado
- Debe ser capaz de estar de pie durante largos períodos de tiempo
- Debe estar en buenas condiciones físicas ya que el trabajo requiere empujar, tirar, alcanzar, agacharse, manipular y agarrar frecuentemente
- Debe ser capaz de levantar hasta 20 libras (también se requiere levantar por encima del hombro)
- Capaz de relacionarse bien con los huéspedes del hotel y sus compañeros de trabajo
- Capaz de trabajar bien como parte de un equipo
- Capaz de aprender rápidamente
- Capaz de entender y llevar a cabo instrucciones orales y escritas y pedir aclaraciones cuando sea necesario
Expectativas de rendimiento
- Después de la finalización de la capacitación, limpia un cierto número de habitaciones cada hora sobre la base de los requisitos de la propiedad específica.
