Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision and guidance to member while primary caregiver is out of the home.
• Provide for a safe environment while primary caregiver is out of the home. Provide services to ensure the safety, health, well-being of the member.
• Adhere to routines, behavior management, communication techniques etc. as prescribed by the family through their training.
• Maintain appropriate and up to date certification in CPR and attend other training as required by Envision and the Respite Care Program.
• Document activities which are consistent with the goals, as applicable.
