ZimZee Recruiting is looking for an Account Support Representative. This role serves as a primary point of contact for general, business, and commercial aviation customers, providing responsive support throughout the ordering and account management process. The Account Support Representative will administer customer orders, support sales initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate information and a seamless customer experience.

Skills and Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an aviation sales and customer support environment.
• Demonstrated experience building customer relationships and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to stay focused on results.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or aviation credentials, such as a Private Pilot License, Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification, or similar aviation certification, are a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by phone and email, documenting customer activities in the company’s ERP system.
• Receive, enter, and manage customer orders for new product purchases and maintenance of existing products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate information regarding orders, pricing, and lead times.
• Support customers with account-related questions and help resolve issues throughout the customer experience.
• Participate in sales and marketing campaigns that support customer engagement and business objectives.
• Partner with the sales team and other cross-functional stakeholders to support customer-specific solutions.
