Cost Accountant - SAP experience required!

Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is hiring a Cost Accountant to join their team in a highly visible role supporting operations, supply chain, and finance leadership. This position offers strong exposure to manufacturing operations, inventory, costing, and financial analysis while partnering cross-functionally with multiple departments. SAP experience required! ***3 days onsite, 2 days remote Responsibilities Maintain and analyze standard product costing within SAP Analyze manufacturing variances, cost of sales, margins, and operational KPIs Support month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations Assist with inventory accounting, physical inventory counts, and cycle count analysis Prepare reporting and financial analysis for leadership Partner with operations and supply chain teams to improve costing accuracy and reporting processes Support forecasting, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives Help identify opportunities to improve efficiencies, internal controls, and data integrity Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of cost accounting or manufacturing accounting experience Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred SAP experience required Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Opportunity for long-term growth and career development #J-18808-Ljbffr firstPRO, Inc
