About the role:

We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to work with Le Vian’s field-based outbound sales team. The position will be based in Great Neck and will provide sales, operational, administrative, and customer service support for the team to enable them to focus on their sales tasks. The position will include direct customer contact and some sales opportunities. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, with excellent follow-through and good communication skills.

What you'll do:

Support a team of 4–6 acquisition sales reps by handling the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the pipeline moving. Day-to-day, this includes:

• Preparing quotes, line sheets, and product presentations for prospect meetings
• Processing sample and memo requests and coordinating with merchandising and inventory teams to confirm product availability and pricing
• Managing CRM data entry and hygiene, ensuring leads, contacts, and deal stages are accurately tracked in real time
• Preparing prospecting materials including lookbooks, sell sheets, and customized assortment recommendations based on a prospect’s store profile
• Shepherding new account onboarding paperwork — credit applications, terms agreements, and account setup — through the appropriate internal teams to get accounts active quickly
• Fielding inbound inquiries from prospects generated by campaigns, trade shows, or referrals; qualifying leads and routing them to the right rep or gathering information needed before follow-up calls
• Some sales outreach to engage dormant or under-performing accounts.

What you bring:

• 2+ years of sales support, sales coordination, or client services experience in jewelry, luxury goods, fashion, or wholesale
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and comfort with order management or ERP systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills — you’ll be drafting emails and preparing prospect-facing materials on behalf of representatives and making customer calls to follow up.
• Ability to juggle multiple reps and priorities without dropping details
• A proactive, team-first mindset; you take pride in making others more effective

What success looks like:

In this role, you’re the person the sales team can’t imagine working without. Quotes go out fast, the CRM is clean, new accounts get activated without friction, and reps walk into every call with the materials they need. You’re part of the growth story — every new account that comes on board has your fingerprints on the process. There will also be opportunities for the right candidates to drive sales through relationship building and proactive outreach with select accounts.

Salary Information: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually
