Recruitment Manager

Recruiting Manager | Hybrid in Columbus, OH We’re looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead recruiting performance, account delivery, and workforce strategy across assigned programs. This role partners closely with Program Managers, recruiting leadership, offshore management teams, and clients to drive hiring results, improve operational performance, and support account growth and retention. This is a strategic recruiting leadership role for someone who can look beyond day-to-day recruiting activity and use data, business insights, and strong stakeholder partnerships to improve team and account performance. What You'll Do Partner with Program Managers to drive account performance, hiring success, client satisfaction, and retention. Develop recruiting strategies aligned with client workforce plans, hiring demands, and business objectives. Monitor hiring trends, headcount, gross profit, recruiter productivity, pipeline health, and other key performance metrics. Lead recruiter performance through coaching, mentorship, accountability, and performance management. Partner with offshore management teams to ensure recruiting operations are executed effectively and consistently. Optimize recruiting resources, sourcing strategies, job boards, tools, and advertising investments to improve efficiency and ROI. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and develop actionable recommendations. Support forecasting, quarterly business reviews, performance evaluations, and operational planning. Participate in client meetings and business reviews, serving as a trusted recruiting partner. Drive process improvement, scalability, and operational consistency across accounts. Collaborate with Recruiting, Program Management, HR, Operations, and other internal teams on organizational initiatives and continuous improvement. What You'll Bring Proven experience in recruiting leadership, staffing, talent acquisition, or account-based recruiting. Experience leading recruiting teams and managing performance in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of recruiting operations, sourcing strategies, workforce planning, and account performance. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate recruiting and business data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to build credibility with senior leaders and client partners. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience. Experience working in matrixed or offshore-supported environments is a plus.
