Senior Recruiter

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter to work Remote to support our manufacturing client's East Coast roles at multiple locations.

100% Remote Role - EST focus - Rochester, NY, Columbus, Ohio

• Schedule 8-5 -flexible
• Seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to assist them with about 50 requisitions - all levels of candidates from production, assembly to professionals
• Pay Rate $45 to $55 per hour
• 3 month contract
• Full cycle recruiting
• SAP Success factors or similar a plus
• Solid skills in technology and use of job boards and ATS

We are seeking an experiences Recruiter to support hiring needs across our clients 'multiple businesses, This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting for positions ranging from hourly production and field service roles to professional, technical, engineering, management, and leadership positions. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to identify, attract, and hire high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruiting sourcing/intake through offer acceptance

• Source and recruit candidates for hourly, salaried, technical, professional, and leadership positions

• Conduct candidate screening interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring teams

• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and accelerate time-to-fill

• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications through the hiring process

• Utilize sourcing tools to build talent pipelines

• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular status updates on open requisitions

• Support recruitment marketing and talent attraction initiatives as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

• Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including manufacturing, engineering, operations, sales, service, etc.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume requisition load

• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms

• Experience working with hiring managers at all organizational levels

• Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and active listening skills

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

• Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience preferred

• Engineering experience (recruiting or otherwise) a plus

Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
