Senior Associate - Horizontal HRBP - Enterprise Risk Senior Associate – an integral member of the Risk & Audit HR Consulting team, driving alignment between partner strategies, calendar, and process execution to support business and HR initiatives. Responsibilities Interacting with partner groups, stakeholders, and HR Business Partners to keep all informed, well‑managed, and consistent in their processes. Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to drive process improvements. Coordinating projects and monitoring activity/audits to ensure timely delivery. Deck building, communications, and answering stakeholder questions regarding processes or systems. Supporting cyclical HR processes such as performance, talent management, and organizational surveys by tracking timelines and facilitating communications. Partnering with specialized HR teams (Recruiting, Compensation, Learning & Development) to support talent strategy implementation. Gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and support informed talent strategy decisions. Maintaining clear communication and effective relationships with business leaders and partner groups to ensure HR initiatives are coordinated and aligned with organizational needs. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources. At least 1 year of experience in Project Management or in Process Management. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Professional Human Resources Certification or Project Management Professional Certification. 2+ years of experience in Human Resources. 2+ years of experience in Project or Process Management. Compensation & Benefits Salary – Minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries are location dependent. For example, McLean, VA: $96,500 – $110,100; Richmond, VA: $87,700 – $100,100. This role is also eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
