Job Description

Summary:
\ N Under the direction of the unit manager, this role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct age-appropriate clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.\ N \n

\ N * Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license

\n* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
\ N * Pediatric Advanced Life Support
\ N Credential Note:

ACLS is required within 2months of hire date and PALS required within 6 months of hire date.

Pay Range: $37.15 to $57.58 Based On Experience
