Job Title: RN Case Manager Location: 5401 Old Court Rd Randallstown, MD 21133 Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 58-Hour (08:30 17:00)
Description: RN Case Manager focus on ED and medical inpatient coverage. 40 hours/week Every 4th weekend Staffing dependent, may be 1.5-2 units in partnership during crisis staffing. Experience = minimally 2 years hospital inpatient med-surg/critical care discharge planning; no therapists MD license must be in hand.
