Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lozano Smith values diversity, practicing attorney in litigation and a passion for public agency/education law. Duties and Responsibilities: Spotlight on Culture

• Representing public entities in state and federal court in administrative hearings.
• Provide legal advice on matters related to public agency law, and education law.  Mentoring Program
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal documents.  Professional Development

Qualifications:  Collaborative Environment

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing.
