Description Job Description: Scheduling Coordinator Company: Stocker Subaru Position: Scheduling Coordinator Department: Subaru Service Job Type: Full-time Salary: $16.00 per hour Responsibilities: Answering Inbound Customer Calls : Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance. Scheduling Customer Appointments : Efficiently schedule service appointments for Subaru customers. Verifying Appointment Parts Availability : Ensure that necessary parts are available for scheduled appointments. Updating Outbound Mailer Manifests : Maintain accurate records of outbound mail communications. Responding to Inbound Customer Relationship Managed Leads : Engage with potential customers who have expressed interest in Subaru services. Outbound Mail and Email to Customers : Communicate important information to customers via mail and email. Outbound Phone Calls to Customers in Need of Service : Reach out to customers requiring service or follow-up. Other Duties as Assigned by Manager : Adapt to additional responsibilities as needed. Qualifications: Good Verbal Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. Good Listening Skills : Attentive and responsive to customer needs. Good Typing and Computer Skills : Proficient in using computer systems and software. Good Attendance : Reliable and punctual.
