As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing opportunities to drive business growth and managing national accounts. If you are a sales and direct marketing professional with demonstrated experience in providing integrated data-driven marketing solutions with expertise in marketing principles and direct mail print manufacturing, then we’d like to meet you. RESPONSIBILITIES Generate new business sales by developing opportunities and action plans to drive business growth to achieve and exceed sales goals Present our services and effectively communicate value proposition to clients and prospects (from Directors of Marketing to C-Level Executives) Create proposals, negotiate agreements, and secure new business Develop and maintain strong long-term client partnerships and manage national accounts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions that exceed client expectations Stay informed of the latest trends, technology advancements, and competitive landscape Maintain sales reports and use CRM software to manage and track sales activities Travel is required to attend client meetings and industry-related conferences QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience in consultative sales and data-driven direct marketing, direct mail and integrated solutions Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred Exceptional communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of successful sales achievements and maintaining long-term client relationships Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with advanced analytical and decision-making skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and utilizing CRM software to manage and track sales activities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools; HubSpot experience a plus We’d love to hear your story and learn how your talents and experiences will enhance our team.
