Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A direct hire opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver expert pharmaceutical care focused on patient outcomes and medication management. This role entails clinical consultation, comprehensive medication therapy reviews, and active involvement in disease state management and drug utilization analysis.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday: Pharmacy hours between 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Total approximately 40 hours per week, with some variation possible

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough medication therapy reviews and optimize patient medication regimens
• Manage formulary and participate in drug utilization analysis
• Provide clinical consultation and education to patients and healthcare providers
• Lead Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) committee meetings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Foster strong client and healthcare provider relationships
• Attend administrative meetings and occasionally travel to client sites

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Pharm.D. degree required
• Active pharmacist license; Maryland license preferred
• Minimum one year of postgraduate residency training preferred
• Board certifications such as BCPS, BCACP, or expertise in HIV therapy management are a plus
• CPR certification and board certification preferred
• Demonstrated strong analytical, organizational, communication, and strategic-thinking skills
