Pours & Petals is a part‑time hospitality staffing company based in Plaistow, NH, operating within a two‑hour radius that covers central NH, the Lakes Region, Monadnock area, and the Seacoast. The season runs from May through the first week of November. Hiring for the 2026 season has closed, and no positions are currently available. Role Descriptions Event Server Set up and break down catering stations, tables, and event spaces. Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. Assist with buffet service, plated meals, or passed hors d’oeuvres, as needed. Collaborate with the catering team to ensure smooth service and event flow. Back‑of‑House Staff Assemble catering preparation area. Prepare food offerings. Present food in an attractive and appetizing manner. Arrange charcuterie boards. Creative freedom is negotiable based on experience. Busser/Barback Set and clear tables. Remove used dishes, glasses, and utensils and transport them to the kitchen for cleaning. Pack and unpack catering supplies. Replenish the bar as needed. Maintain cleanliness of dining and serving areas. Assist servers with delivering food or beverages when needed. Handle trash removal and proper disposal. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest needs promptly. Bartender Set up and dismantle bar areas. Serve beverages and/or food to guests. Provide exemplary guest service at all times. Assemble beverage orders efficiently and accurately. Ensure guest safety by checking IDs and monitoring consumption. Maintain a clean and organized bar space. Food Truck Staff Serve food and beverages at public events. Assemble orders accurately and efficiently. Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions. Set up and dismantle event spaces. Anticipate and proactively address client/guest needs. Provide exemplary guest service. Maintain a clean and organized food truck space.
