Operations Department Intern

The Operations Department Intern will assist our team in delivering excellent operational support to our franchising partners. The successful candidate will gain experience in the franchising industry, learn about our business operations, and work closely with our team to ensure we deliver a high level of service to our franchisees. Responsibilities include assisting in the development of training and operational manuals for our franchisees, providing support as needed to the franchisees on a regular basis through phone and email communication, conducting research and analysis on industry trends and best practices, collaborating with the franchise support team to develop strategies to improve franchisee satisfaction and profitability, attending meetings with the operations team and taking notes as needed, and performing other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements include currently pursuing a degree in business, operations, or related field, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with franchise operations and regulations is a plus.
