Now Hiring: Production Workers

Location: Willoughby, Ohio

Schedule: Training will be done Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for 1 to 2 weeks and then move to second shift Monday through Thursday from 2 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Friday 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Pay: $20/hour, starting pay

Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work? We’re looking for 2 hardworking General Laborers to join our team. If you’ve got some machining experience and don’t mind heavy lifting, this could be the perfect fit!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Heavy Lifting: You’ll be handling products that weigh 50+ pounds — all day, every day. (Seriously, we mean it!)
• Machining Support: Use your basic machining skills to assist with production tasks, such as grinding, fluxing, bending, etc.
• Teamwork: Work alongside a solid crew in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You’ll Need:

• Steel Toe Boots — no exceptions!
• Ability to lift heavy materials consistently
• A strong work ethic and reliability
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
