NOW HIRING: CNC Lead Operator
Willoughby Facility | Partnering with Mancan Chardon Office
Shift: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Overtime Available
Benefits: Medical & Dental
Retirement Plan Available Responsibilities Include:
Assist in meeting manufacturing and production goals
Ensure all quality standards and QMS requirements are met
Set up job orders and complete first piece inspections
Maintain shop cleanliness and follow procedures
Manage shop floor operations and equipment per production schedules
Maintain organized workstations, measuring tools, and paperwork
Collaborate with team leads and management to achieve production goals Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Trade School Education
CNC-specific training
25 years of manufacturing experience Preferred Skills:
Experience with Mazak, Haas, DMG Mori, or Doosan machines
Familiarity with ISO processes
Experience using calipers, gages, and measuring tools
Strong mechanical aptitude This role reports directly to the Production Floor Lead and plays a vital role in the companys manufacturing success!
