Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care | Rochester, NY

Shift Details

• 3x12-hour shifts
• Days, Evenings, and Nights available
• Weekends, on-call, and holidays per unit need

Position Overview

• RN responsible for care of 20 residents per shift
• 8–10 residents per LPN and 4–6 residents per CNA
• Resident population is geriatric long term care
• Wound care is included; no trach patients
• No acute care needs within the facility

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care for older adults in a long term care environment
• Patient assessments
• Documentation and implementation of the nursing plan of care
• Oversight of LPN and CNA colleagues
• Medication administration

Requirements

• New York State RN license (NY license only)
