Certified Medical Assistant

The Certified Medical Assistant supports the Florence Urology clinic at the Medical University of South Carolina, an academic health center dedicated to education, research, and patient care. In this role, you will room patients, obtain vitals and histories, assist with urologic exams and procedures, and accurately document in the EMR. You will administer medications per protocol, manage specimens, maintain rooms and supplies, and provide patient education. Working within MUSC’s collaborative, inclusive culture, you will support learners and providers while ensuring safe, compassionate, and efficient outpatient care.
