Civil Project Manager Duties:

* Select the best delivery method for each civil project in both the private and public
* Manage schedule, budget, and manpower to meet and exceed deadlines and budgets
* Develop the best methods to ensure team support and effective communication
* Create measurements to determine the strategic plan is met during all phases of construction

Civil Project Manager Qualifications:

* Active P.E. licensure
* 4+ years' experience as a Project Manager on earth work, excavation and site preparation projects
* Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field
* 3+ years' experience utilizing industry relevant estimating software
* Previous experience on big box projects building sub divisions, piping work, and subterranean pads
* Possess an ownership attitude and be willing and able to grow, coach and mentor
* Strive for excellence in every project and do whatever it takes to achieve optimum results
* Resolve conflict for the mutual benefit of all involved parties
* Friendly, yet firm demeanor
* Project size history ranging from $1MM - $10MM
