We are currently seeking a Parts Counter Associate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to all customers and vendors.
• Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
• Provide our Advisors and Technicians parts inquiry pricing and availability in a timely manner.
• Process and fill back counter technician parts orders.
• Gain superior product knowledge and understanding of vehicle components through available factory training to effectively help customers, advisors, and technicians.
• Assist with the daily inventory.
• Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter, work area, and stockroom.
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and other information to customers as required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:

• High school graduate or GED
• Prior knowledge and experience of the vehicle parts industry is required
• Understanding of basic automotive components and systems
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
