Growing together.Is this the next step in your career Find out if you are the right candidate by reading through the complete overview below.Location:8131 W Bostian Rd Suite A345, Woodinville, WA 98072Schedule:Monday through Friday 8-hours shifts between 8:30am-5:00pmPrimary Responsibilities:Assist with ordering, receiving, counting, and maintaining inventory.Unpack and ensure proper placement of received inventory according to storage and/or refrigeration requirements.Accurately gathers medications and supplies according to specifications of non-compounding records.Label prepared non-compounded products.Package and label prepared medication orders, insuring drug related supplies, and education materials are included.Enter prescriptions from intake to order completion and verify member/patient data.Contact patients, pharmacists, and doctor's offices as a liaison for the pharmacy team.Communicate clearly and concisely via phone and electronic methods to patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers.Access, input, and retrieve prescriptions and medical/lab information from computer system.Verify whether medication is reimbursable, and resolve rejected claims.Process prescription refills and interpret supply needs as related to various therapies.Resolve customer issues, ensuring accurate information is provided.Follow all State and Federal regulations and Pharmacy Policies and Procedures, adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality code of ethics.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word for documentation, data tracking, reporting, and interdisciplinary communication.Benefits:Paid Time Off which you start to accrue with your first pay period plus 8 Paid HolidaysMedical Plan options along with participation in a Health Spending Account or a Health Saving accountDental, Vision, Life& AD&D Insurance along with Short-term disability and Long-Term Disability coverage401(k) Savings Plan, Employee Stock Purchase PlanEducation ReimbursementEmployee DiscountsEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramVoluntary Benefits (pet insurance, legal insurance, LTC Insurance, etc.)You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Washington1+ years of pharmacy experienceAbility to work onsite at 8131 W Bostian Rd Suite A345, Woodinville, WA 98072Preferred Qualifications:National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)Completion of a pharmacy technician certification program (CPhT)Pharmacy and prescription data entry experienceExperience working as an Infusion Pharmacy TechnicianPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaksAbility to lift to 30 poundsPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
