Description:

Number of Needs: 1
Shifts: 5-8 hours 1515-2345 (no call, no float, every other weekend coverage needed)
Required Skills: Active WA sate pharmacy technician license, MUST HAVE APPLIED Inpatient experience, USP <797> experienced mixer, minimum of 1 year hospital experience, IV compounding and IV room experience.
Preferred Skills: USP <800> experience (or previous experience mixing hazardous drugs under USP <797>)
EPIC
Patient population: Level 1 trauma, academic medical center, Level 1 stroke center, burns, neurosciences, AIDS/STD and mental health.
Will accept first time travelers.
