Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - PRN

Role: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing skilled speech-language therapy in a home-based setting. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with communication, motor speech, dysphagia, cognitive, and voice disorders. Work with patients who have experienced strokes or have progressive conditions such as Parkinson’s disease and dementia. Provide therapy under the care of an attending physician in various home environments, including assisted living and memory care. Qualifications Valid state SLP license. Dependable transportation with automobile liability insurance. Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in all weather conditions. Must wear seat belts while driving. Skills & Attributes Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in diverse home settings.
