Shift: Mon/Tues 7:30am-4pm Wednesday 7:30am-11:30am

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Tech Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations as ordered by physicians.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and positioning them correctly.
- Operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing patient radiation exposure.
- Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
- Verify patient identity and review physician orders prior to procedures.
- Monitor patients during imaging procedures and respond to their needs.
- Inspect and maintain imaging equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff to support patient care.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Tech.
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
