Responsibilities include managing agreements related to EDA tools and services, software licensing, foundry IP licensing, IoT technologies, production devices, and service agreements. The role partners closely with sourcing, engineering, and legal teams to develop contract strategies that protect Client's business interests, intellectual property, and technology leadership position while enabling access to advanced tools, materials, and technologies.The position requires evaluating contractual terms, including warranty, liability, confidentiality, and other commercial provisions; assessing risk and implementing mitigation strategies; managing contract lifecycle processes and systems in compliance with business requirements and SOX controls; and driving process improvements that reduce cycle time and improve operational efficiency.
