CORPORATE PARALEGAL

LOCATION: Irving, TX | 100% Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

$32/hour

Monday–Friday | Part Time Hours

Temporary Contract | Approximately 3 months

Start Date: 9/28/2026

ROLE IMPACT: Support the General Counsel with time-sensitive contract administration, legal documentation, corporate governance, and Board-related materials. Success requires accurate contract review, organized legal records, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review customer, commercial, and corporate contracts for completeness, accuracy, proper execution, required approvals, and compliance with established requirements.
• Identify missing documentation, signatures, approvals, or other contract deficiencies and coordinate follow-up with attorneys, executives, and internal stakeholders.
• Support the General Counsel with contract administration, document preparation, deadline tracking, legal file management, and confidential corporate records.
• Prepare, compile, organize, and distribute Board of Directors and executive meeting packets, presentations, governance documentation, and supporting materials.
• Provide legal operations, administrative, and project support for corporate governance and special projects while managing sensitive information with discretion.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, Legal Operations Specialist, Contracts Administrator, or similar legal support professional.
• Experience reviewing, processing, or administering customer, commercial, or corporate contracts, including identifying incomplete documentation and execution requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with strong organization, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, confidentiality, and deadline management.

• Experience supporting attorneys, General Counsel, or a corporate legal department.
