We are looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Supervisor to support front desk operations and help create a positive, memorable experience for every guest. You'll oversee the daily work of front desk agents, ensure accurate reporting and organized records, and help build a growth-oriented team environment.

Example of Duties:

• Respond to guest requests withaccurateinformation (e.g., outlet hours, local attractions).
• Communicate effectively with other departments ensuring smooth operations.

• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

• Complete hotel registration, confirm guest details, and verify credit card authorizations.
• Process payments, including vouchers, checks, and credit cards.
• Identify and explain room features to guest, supply guests with directions and information regarding amenities and services.

• Supervise Front Desk Agents, assign tasks, and ensure workload is managed.
• Guide andobservestaff performance, encouraging continuous improvement.
• Lead by example, foster a team-oriented work environment.
• Assistwith end-of-month tasks and support front office team inmaintaining financial accuracy.

• Resolve guest complaints by researching and providing effective solutions.

• Make judgment-based decisions and authorize revenue allowances when necessary.

• Adhere to attendance policies andmaintainregular availability.
• Due to the nature of hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules (days, nights, weekend, holidays) to reflect the business needs of the company.

**This position must also expect to perform other reasonable duties as needed or assigned by management**

What Were Looking for

• 2+ years in hospitality related industry with guest facing focus.
• Supervisory experience overseeing a reporting team of employees.
  
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with POS/PMS systems (e.g., StayNTouch or Toast) preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Self-starter who can manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
