The assignment spans from July 27, 2026, to May 21, 2027, offering consistent hours throughout the school year.

Essential Qualifications:

• Current, active Speech-Language Pathology license in Georgia
• GA Professional Standards Commission (PSC) certification (must be in hand)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Clinical Certification of Competence (CCC) or status as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
• Recent school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IEP processes, evaluation, and data-driven interventions
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse caseload of students, following district and state guidelines
• Perform timely evaluations, write thorough reports, and present findings to educational teams and families
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with classroom teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Adapt therapy techniques to varied student needs and learning environments
• Participate in professional development sessions as needed
