Staff Accountant
A wellestablished and growing organization in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Staff Accountant to join its team. This is a great opportunity for an earlycareer accounting professional who enjoys a mix of AP, AR, and monthend responsibilities within a stable, supportive environment.

What You'll Do
You'll play a handson role in daily accounting operations, including:

Managing accounts payable and supporting accounts receivable
Creating and sending customer invoices
Following up on pastdue accounts
Entering and applying customer cash receipts
Processing inventory receiving within the accounting system
Supporting monthend close activities
Assisting with annual financial audit documentation
Reconciling balance sheet accounts
Participating in special projects and process enhancements

What We're Looking For

2+ years of accounting experience
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Detailoriented, dependable, and proactive
Comfortable working onsite in a teamoriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

$60,000-$80,000 base salary
Up to 5% performancebased bonus
