Associate – Government Tech & AI Deployment Berlin Full-time or Part-time Permanent Position Together We Make It Possible: To strengthen our Advisory Team, we are looking for a (Senior) Associate who will not only design but also implement AI and cloud technologies for our clients. The best technologies only deliver their value for public administration when they are securely configured, integrated, and made usable in everyday administration. As an Associate in the Government Tech & AI Deployment department, you will work directly in the engine room of our clients: You will understand the use case, implement the solution with us, and accompany it through to operation. At the same time, you will be part of our consulting projects and support our clients in project management, analyses, and strategic decision-making. Your Responsibilities Include: Implementation & Technical Implementation You configure and implement AI, cloud, and GovTech solutions from our partner network for specific use cases in public administration; You work predominantly on AWS and Google Cloud – from managed AI services (e.g., Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) to storage, serverless functions, and IAM, as well as the connection of legacy systems via existing interfaces; You build prototypes and demos, at which departments can see what is possible, and test and optimize them together with users and our technology partners. Deployment, Rollout & Enablement You accompany solutions from the first configuration through pilot implementation to regular operation; You work closely with departments, IT, data protection, and our technology partners; You enable users and administrators to independently use and operate the solutions. Project Management & Delivery In close cooperation with our team and management, you implement consulting projects for our clients, including governments (all federal levels), tech companies, and start-ups/scale-ups with a focus on GovTech; You design tailored resources and collect relevant data and information; You bring insights from implementation back into the development and positioning of Possible's service offerings. We are looking for a committed personality who contributes to our vision with the following qualities and skills: Experience in consulting, tech, startups, or the public sector – with a focus on technology, innovation, and/or administration; Good technical understanding: APIs, data flows, system integration, and authorization concepts; first contact with AWS or Google Cloud is a clear plus; Hands-on mentality: You configure, test, and optimize yourself, rather than just describe it; Excellent ability to communicate insights in an engaging text or slide form, as well as enjoyment in working with demanding stakeholders; Excellent language skills in German and English; Relevant academic degree. Software engineering is not a prerequisite – technical curiosity and willingness to learn are mandatory. Why Us?
