We're hiring an experienced Multi-Site Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community located in Perry Hall, MD

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled multifamily maintenance professional seeking competitive pay, excellent benefits, and an eight-week on-call rotation. You'll join a company that has been building and managing apartment communities for more than 120 years.

What You'll Do

• Complete resident service requests
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and water-heater issues
• Perform drywall, painting, carpentry, and general building repairs
• Complete apartment turns and make-ready work
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
• Maintain buildings, common areas, grounds, and curb appeal
• Communicate professionally with residents and property management teams
• Assist with training and supporting other maintenance team members as needed
• Participate in an eight-week emergency on-call rotation
• Follow company safety standards and maintain accurate service records

What You'll Bring

• At least five years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience
• EPA Universal Certification-required
• Strong HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and carpentry
• Experience completing apartment turns and preventive maintenance
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work across multiple communities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
• Dependability, professionalism, and pride in producing high-quality work
