Sales Coordinator

Provide administrative sales support to New and Used Truck Managers and Sales Team.

Maintain new and used truck inventory in Arcadium CRM.

Track proposals for truck sales.

Prepares closing documents and verifies accuracy and completeness.

Gathers information from various sources, to ensure all criteria are met for closing of sale, including payment documentation or payoff information, licensing, and titling.

Enter order information into the company database, ensuring accurate records of sales transactions.

Working knowledge of automotive title and license requirements for IRP, GA, and AL is a plus.

Previous experience supporting a sales team is preferred.

Must be able to work independently, with little supervision.

Ability to work on multiple projects/closing simultaneously, with a sense of urgency and accuracy.

General knowledge of real estate or real property sales transaction process is highly preferred.

Experience with Excel is required.

Education - General Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a fully accredited four-year college or university - and - Minimum of two years related experience and/or training

An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
