Qualifications Experience: 5–7+ years of Salesforce Development, with a strong focus on custom development (Apex/LWC) and solution design in a consulting or enterprise environment. Domain Knowledge: Previous experience in the Public Sector or Child Welfare systems is highly preferred (Good-to-have). Long-Term Commitment: A strong willingness and strategic mindset to sustain, maintain, and optimize a single, complex solution over a three-year horizon. Professional Maturity: A proven track record of self-management. You are comfortable working in an environment where outcomes are measured by delivery, successful knowledge transfer, and client satisfaction. Communication: The ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
