Great marketing starts with understanding people, communicating clearly, and making sure the details behind every campaign come together. We're looking for a Marketing Assistant in Charlotte, NC to support promotional activities, coordinate marketing materials, and help keep projects organized from planning through to delivery.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys creative work, communicating with others, and contributing to a team. You'll support different marketing activities, help maintain consistent brand messaging, and gain practical experience across campaigns, customer engagement, and marketing coordination.

The Role

• Assist with coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare and organize marketing materials, presentations, and supporting documents.
• Help maintain brand consistency across marketing communications.
• Research customers, competitors, and market trends.
• Support the planning of promotional events and campaign activities.
• Update marketing records, contact lists, and project information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep marketing tasks on schedule.
• Help track campaign progress and compile basic reports.
• Assist with email, social media, and other marketing communications where required.
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and help ensure campaign deadlines are met.

What You'll Need

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Interest in marketing, branding, promotions, or customer engagement.
• Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in marketing, administration, sales, retail, events, or customer service is a plus, but training is provided.

Details

Full-time | Monday–Friday | On-site | Charlotte, NC

$20–$24/hour | Bi-weekly pay
