Director of Operations

We’re looking for a proven electrical construction leader to take ownership of a growing Mission Critical division in Arizona . This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who has successfully managed hyperscale/data center electrical projects, large teams, estimating, project financials, and operational strategy. 10+ years of electrical construction experience 10+ years of electrical estimating experience Experience managing projects in the $5M–$80M range Experience managing full electrical scope on major data center projects strongly preferred Accubid experience strongly preferred BSc/BA in construction management or related discipline preferred What You'll Do: As Director of Operations, you’ll oversee a Mission Critical division managing: $5M–$80M electrical projects Teams of 15–30+ professionals Field Superintendents, General Foremen & field leadership Customer relationships and growth within the Mission Critical market Bonus Eligibility $600/Monthly Vehicle Allowance + 50% Mileage Reimbursement PTO Retirement Potential Relocation Package Available Why Us?
