NOW HIRING: FULL TIME LINE COOK Holiday Inn St. Petersburg N.- Clearwater

We're looking for a dependable, motivated Line Cook to join out Food & Beverage team!!

As a Line Cook, you'll play an important role in delivering the quality and service our guests expect from the Holiday Inn brand. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well as part of a team, and understands the importance of consistency, cleanliness, and great guest service.
What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and Holiday Inn quality standards
• Maintain proper food quality, presentations, portion control, and temperature
• Set up and maintain the line for efficient service
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures
• Keep the kitchen, workstations, and equipment clean and organized
• Assist with prep, stocking, receiving, and other kitchen duties as needed
• Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining a positive team environment
• Help create a welcoming experience for our guests through quality food and consistent service

What We're Looking For

• Previous line cook or commercial kitchen experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel/restaurant environment
• Strong attention to detail and food quality
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
