- Operate forklifts to rapidly load and unload materials and finished goods.
- Verify, document, and process all incoming and outgoing shipments with zero errors.
- Stage materials for production to prevent downtime and ensure continuous workflow.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and strict GMP compliance at all times.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and distribution during peak demand.
- Perform cycle counts and support logistics to keep inventory moving efficiently.
- Minimum 2 years of shipping/receiving experience (manufacturing or food production preferred).
- Valid forklift certification (sit-down and stand-up).
- Strong understanding of inventory systems and shipping documentation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, detail-driven, and committed to teamwork.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday.
- Temp-to-hire with immediate need and strong growth potential.
- Pay: $22.00 per hour
